Tiffany-Ann has dedicated her career to providing specialized, strengths-based, culturally relevant services, with an emphasis on holistic and evidence-based interventions. Tiffany-Ann seeks to really get to know and understand her clients, so that she may assist them with valuable solutions toward healing.

Tiffany-Ann employs methods from mind-body medicine, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), narrative therapy, mindfulness, and coaching to support clients in achieving their self-identified goals. She specializes in supporting children, adolescents, and young adults who are experiencing challenges related to depression, anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, self-esteem, school/work performance, trauma, and grief. Tiffany-Ann is a graduate of Stony Brook University (B.A.) and the University of Maryland School of Social Work (MSW). She has clinical experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
