WHAT INSURANCES DO YOU ACCEPT?
In most cases, we require clients to have medical assistance to enroll in our program. If you do not have medical aid, don’t hesitate to contact us to discuss your options further.
How do I enroll in the PRP?
It would help if you were referred to the PRP by a licensed professional. If you are currently receiving mental health services from a licensed professional, please have them complete the referral form. Consider contacting our office to begin enrollment if you are not currently in services.
What activities do you provide?
Activities may vary based on available resources but may include onsite group activities such as social skills, communication skills, work readiness, exercise and nutrition, community living skills, art, and recovery. Additionally, offsite activities are available and may include leisure activities.
Do you help with benefits?
Yes, each Rehabilitation Coordinator is trained to assist with benefits and entitlements.
How long does a person stay in PRP services?
The length of a person’s stay varies depending on the individual’s need, commitment to recovery, and frequency of attendance.
How often do I have to attend?
Minimum requirements are two days a week and full seven days a week. Typically the more frequently a person attends, the more progress they make.

Home Health Care
What will care cost?
Costs typically range from $24-$28/hour. There is no upfront deposit for care, no additional charges for the night and weekend care, no administrative coordinating fee, and no service cancellation fee. Live-in care is available for $350 to $400 a day.
Is there a live person available to speak to at any time?
Yes! We are available to talk 24/7.
Is there a commitment to care for a certain length of time?
We work together with you to find a solution for your unique family situation.
Care can be arranged for just a few hours a day up to 24 hours a day. There is no long-term obligation. People who try home care experience many positive changes in their life and the lives of their loved ones and often choose to receive long-term services.
What is your process for selecting caregivers?
All Caregivers are, at a minimum, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and must have at least two years of experience to be considered for the screening process. They undergo a rigorous screening process, including a thorough evaluation of practical and interpersonal skills, competency testing, reference checks, background checks, and much more.
Do the caregivers have the skills for my specific personal needs?
We have helped many families by providing access to Caregivers who provide the following:

  • Activities of Daily Living: Bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, meal preparation, feeding, toileting, continence care, transferring, and lifting.
  • Mobility Assistance: Range of motion exercises, assistance with walking, and turning/positioning in bed.
  • Companionship: Engaging in activities and hobbies, keeping the body and mind stimulated, medication reminders, and encouraging independence.
  • Support Services: Linens, laundry, light housekeeping, shopping, errands, accompanying, and transporting to/from appointments.
  • Medication Administration: Certified Medication Technicians administer prescribed medications under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).

Do you only provide home care services for older adults?

Depending on your insurance, we will submit the necessary claim documentation to your LTCI carrier, bill and receive reimbursement from them directly, or assist you with the documentation so that you don’t ever have to think about paperwork.
